Falcon Park Recreation Center

Meeting/Banquet Room
A multi-purpose 2,000 sq. ft. room can host Business Meetings, Seminars, Bridal or Baby Showers, Birthday Celebrations, Communion Parties, Wedding Receptions, Rehearsal Dinners or any special occasion. The room can accomodate 120. The room can be divided in half housing rentals for 60.

Gymnasium
An 11,880 sq. ft. gymnasium hosts two junior high school sized basketball courts and three USAV sanctioned volleyball courts.

Indoor Turf
A synthetic turf field, 180' x 90', that can be rented for soccer, lacrosse, baseball/softball, or other related uses.

Cutting Hall

This 430-seat auditorium offers a stage, rehearsal room and two dressing rooms for rental. To inquire about rates or for further information, call 847-991-5318.

Pools

Summer Only
Pools are available for private rentals after regular pool times. Pool rentals start as low as $30 an hour. Picnic areas are available for rent during open hours at the Family Aquatic Center for $10 an hour. For information, call Jill Kernan at 847-496-6251.

Parks & Picnic Rentals

Picnic sites at Osage Park, Palatine Hills and Plum Grove Reservoir with shelters, tables, grills, and playgrounds are available by permit from April to October. Margreth Riemer Reservoir is also available with a shelter, grills, and tables. Residents may make reservations beginning January 2 of each year. Requests for use of these picnic areas by non-residents are accepted beginning April 1 of each year. For permits and fee information, please call Jill Kernan at 847-496-6251.

Rental Categories for Parks/Picnic Areas

Category A - Resident/Non-profit/Individual $30 Government, non-profit organizations, and individuals located within the Park District boundaries

Category B - Resident/Business $50 Businesses or corporations located within the Park District boundaries

Category C - Non-resident/Non-profit/Individual $60 Government, non-profit organizations, and individuals located outside the Park District boundaries

Category D - Non-resident/Business $100 Businesses or corporations located outside the Park District boundaries

Towne Square

• Towne Square Permit requests are for the months of April through October and can be received on or after January 2.
• Towne Square Permits will be issued for only 1 date/use. Once a permit has been issued, an additional permit request will not be considered until the pervious permit expires.

Category A - Resident (personal and not-for-profit)	$100 for 2 hours
Category B - Resident business	$150 for 2 hours
Category C - Non-resident	$200 for 2 hours
