Facility and Park Rentals

Facility Room Rentals
Meeting rooms and rental space are available for residents at Park District facilities. Please call Joshua Ludolph at 847-705-5123 x242 between 8:30 a.m. and 3:00 p.m., Monday through Friday for reservations.

Athletic Field Rentals
For field rentals call Joshua Ludolph at 847-705-5123 ext. 242 between 8:30 am and 4:30 pm, Monday - Friday for reservations.

Cutting Hall
This 430-seat auditorium offers a stage, rehearsal room and two dressing rooms for rental. To inquire about rates or for further information, call 847-705-5123 x217.

Pools
Summer Only
Pools are available for private rentals after regular pool times. Pool rentals start as low as $30 an hour. Picnic areas are available for rent during open hours at the Family Aquatic Center for $10 an hour. For information, call Jill Kernan at 847-705-5123 x251. Party packages and catering available at the Family Aquatic Center.

Parks & Picnic Rentals
Picnic sites at Palatine Hills and Plum Grove Reservoir with shelters, tables, grills, and playgrounds are available by permit from April to October. Margreth Riemer Reservoir is also available with a shelter, grills, and tables. Residents may make reservations beginning January 2 of each year. Requests for use of these picnic areas by non-residents are accepted beginning April 1 of each year. For permits and fee

Permit forms can be picked up at the Birchwood Recreation Center, 435 W. Illinois Avenue or the Community Center, 250 E. Wood Street, Palatine.

Towne Square

Towne Square Permit requests are for the months of April through October and can be received on or after January 2.
Towne Square Permits will be issued for only 1 date/use. Once a permit has been issued, an additional permit request will not be considered until the pervious permit expires.

Margreth Riemer Reservoir (maximum attendance 100)
Palatine Hills (maximum attendance 100)
Plum Grove Reservoir (maximum attendance 150)
